Witnessing vs. obtaining consent: What's the difference?
As Susan performs her admission assessments on Mr. Yan, she notices the surgical consent form isn’t signed. Susan learns that Mr. Yan did speak to the surgeon and agree to the surgery, but that he remembers very little else about the conversation.
CRNBC registrant library services will end Feb. 2017
CRNBC’s mandate is to protect the public through the regulation of registered nurses and nurse practitioners, and we need to ensure our work aligns with this regulatory purpose. After assessing a number of our services, we have decided to close our registrant library service effective February 28, 2017.
