Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting provides an opportunity for the Board to report on its stewardship and for registrants to submit resolutions and discuss items that are of interest to registrants and relate to the legislated mandate of CRNBC.

The AGM is conducted in accordance with the provisions set out under the Health Professions Act, the CRNBC Bylaws and the Standing Rules.

The CRNBC Bylaws require that the following matters must be considered at the AGM:

  • financial statements,
  • report of the board, and
  • report of the auditor (if any).

The AGM is open to all CRNBC registrants and members of the public at no charge. Registrants in good standing attending the AGM can participate in discussions, ask questions of the Board and vote.
