Non-practising registration requirement

posted March 10, 2017

Proposed bylaw amendments —
non-practising registration requirement

This amendment would remove the requirement that applicants for non-practising registration must demonstrate good character and fitness to practice the profession. This will allow practising registrants to convert formally to non-practising registration when their fitness and/or character are being considered in the inquiry process.
