CRNBC is pleased to announce we are collaborating with BC's two other nursing regulators and the College of Nurses of Ontario to find new ways to align programs and regulatory tools.
The four organizations' leaders met recently to discuss initiatives we can pursue together, including programs like quality assurance, competency assessments and the review of nurse education programs.
The four regulators—the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of B.C., the College of Nurses of Ontario, College of Registered Nurses of B.C., and the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of B.C.—share the same single mandate to protect the public interest. We also have similar legislation, accountabilities and programs.
