CRNBC recently completed a review of the following areas:
The review was conducted in an effort to ensure that these programs meet our stakeholder needs as well as our legislative mandate and strategic plan. The review included consultations with a broad array of nurses, employers, and nursing education stakeholders.
The results of the review led us to shift our service delivery from a regional home-based office model to a central on-site staff model. Staff will have geographic region assignments. We believe this new approach will enable our practice support team to strengthen our service delivery while providing increased consistency across the system. We will also work to strengthen our connections and partnerships with nurses, leaders and employers across the province. We know that you value the contribution our staff provide and want to assure you that we will continue to provide local support.
