Proposed Regulation Changes

The Ministry of Health is proposing to repeal and replace the Nurses (Licensed Practical) Regulation and the Nurses (Registered Psychiatric) Regulation to implement the restricted activities model for these professions. In addition, government is proposing subsequent, technical changes to the Nurses (Registered) and Nurse Practitioners Regulation.

Comments on these proposed changes can be submitted to government no later than Dec. 21, 2012.
