Workplace Representative Program

The Workplace Representative Program was launched in 1985 as a pilot project in three heatlh care agencies. The success of the pilot project led to the program expanding to new agencies throughout the province.

To celebrate the program's twenty-fifth anniversary, CRNBC is showcasing the achievements of some of the program’s pioneer workplace representatives.
