It’s that time of year again! Onsite reviews for 2016 start in April, and don’t worry: If you’re scheduled for a review, you will already have heard from CRNBC.
During the onsite review the assessor looks at recent client documentation, and together you develop strategies for professional development. Using our revised chart review guidelines is a good way to prepare.
We've recently published the guidelines the NP Assessors use during their chart review. If your review is coming up, or even if it’s not—take a look. They’re a great way to assess your own charting and prepare for your review.
